**Side note: This post was written a long time ago, and saved as a draft. I never posted it, and I believe that October is such a fitting month for this one! Save the ta-ta's!
Ok so I went shopping with my boy on Sunday and I have determined one thing: you can try to avoid an obsession all you want, but eventually it's going to catch back up with you. I've been trying to be good and save my money. I've been getting things that I "need" as opposed to want, and yesterday, that theory flew out of the window completely...
Let me explain:
Bras.
A four letter word that gets me into trouble. I love bras - all of the colors, designs, and purposes. I have an odd bra size, so it's difficult to find ones that fit me and I like. I hit the jackpot at Gordman's, and my trip to Victoria's Secret was also successful because 1. I had a giftcard and 2. I found a super comfy bra.
Certainly I'm not the only girl out there that can appreciate a pink striped support system. If you have on cute undies, you just feel better. At least I always have.
For a while, I lost my little obsession due to practicality and the need for neutral bras. Let's face it, a turquoise bra with silver shiny stars does not look good under a white t-shirt (even though it seemed to be a "trend" there for a while). My collection slowly decreased, and now, thanks to Sunday's escapade, it's back to a satisfactory amount. I like variety, what can I say?
The point: I had not been into Victoria's Secret in a long time. Apparently, they have dressing room attendants now. You go in, try on your selections, and if they don't work out, you hit the service button located in your room and they get you the right size/color/style. I must say, I was pretty amused by this. I utilized their service and BAM - they matched me with the perfect bra. Sometimes you just need to tell them what you're looking for and the consultants will help you out!
What is this great bra, you ask? The Dream Angel's (R) Demi Bra. I got one in black. It's super soft, super comfy, and it just gives you a great look. I may invest in more of their bras. I've always been one for quantity and variety instead of quality. That may change soon!
